The 2008 Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) has wreaked havoc among inventors, entrepreneurs, small and large corporations alike, seeking to manufacture a SAFE product. Ms. Tolchin provides arrangements for the Product Design Evaluation (DE) with a CPSC-accredited, recognized safety / testing laboratory, to address all CPSIA-related safety regulations, to provide a list of both mandatory and optional production tests and to review new products for potential red flags in design, specifications and/or components which might require modification prior to manufacturing.
