We recently wrote an article about the backlog at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In that article, we mentioned many problems that the USPTO is facing and how that is affecting inventors. But today, I read three articles about how the USPTO is trying to change. Not all the news is good for inventors, especially regarding Patent Reform Acts being discussed in Congress, but for the most part, the USPTO is trying to make changes to better serve inventors.
